Ryanair Virtual Training Program - Pattern around EIDW
Details
In this procedure, our pilots will go for a thorough examination to ensure we only have the best pilots of the best. We make sure that we have the best pilots at our VA so that we can be unique and stand out of the rest.
First: You will go through a theoretical exam. It will be a Google form and each question will have 1-5 points depending on the hardness of the question. The point scale is 1-20. You must score at least 12.5 points to pass the theoretical exam.
Second: You will go through a practical exam. It will be explained in the next FAQ question.
What will you do in this procedure?
Continuing from the first part, in the practical exam, you will spawn in at EIDW and get examined by one of our Chief Pilots. You will spawn on Training Server, pushback, takeoff and do a pattern. (And land, of course.) Our chief pilot will be ATC and will guide you through the flight. You start at 20 points which is the maximum. If you make mistakes, the chief pilot will gradually decrease your points amount. You will need at least 13 points to pass. 1 point decreased per mistake. This means you have 7 mistakes available. If you do more, you will fail.
